Lead generation
Lead generation for contractors who want booked estimates
A lead is not a win. A booked estimate with somebody who can afford the job and lives inside your service area is a win. We build for the second one, which usually means producing fewer of the first.
Who this is for
- Contractors buying shared leads and competing with four other companies
- Companies with plenty of enquiries and not enough booked jobs
- Owners who want to stop relying on one referral source
- Businesses that need predictable work rather than feast and famine
Volume is the wrong target
Lead brokers sell the same enquiry to several contractors, so you are quoting against three companies who got the identical email, and the homeowner is fielding calls all afternoon. Price becomes the only thing anybody competes on.
Running your own campaigns for the lowest possible cost per lead produces the same problem in a different shape — a pile of enquiries from outside your area, for work you do not want, at budgets that do not exist.
What actually matters is how many of those turn into estimates you show up to, and how many of those you close.
How we generate them
- 01
Define the job you want
Trade, ticket size, area and timeline. If the campaign does not know what a good job looks like, it cannot find one.
- 02
Filter at the offer
The wording of the offer removes most of the wrong enquiries before they ever reach you — more reliably than any form question.
- 03
Qualify before the calendar
Scope, location and timing get checked before an estimate goes on your schedule, so you are not driving an hour for nothing.
- 04
Measure at the right end
We track booked estimates and closed work, not cost per lead. Optimising for the cheap metric is how the pipeline fills up with junk.
What makes this different
Built by contractors. For contractors.
- Exclusive to you
- Leads from campaigns we run for you are yours. They are not resold to the contractor down the road.
- Qualified before booking
- Budget, scope and location checked first, so your calendar holds estimates worth driving to.
- Honest about capacity
- If the volume would outrun your crews, we throttle it. Work you cannot service turns into bad reviews.
Common questions
How is this different from buying leads?
- Purchased leads are typically sold to several contractors at once. These come from campaigns running under your own brand, so the enquiry is yours alone and the homeowner already knows who you are before you call.
How fast do leads start coming in?
- Campaigns can produce enquiries quickly once they are live, but the honest answer is that the first few weeks are spent learning what converts. We would rather set that expectation than promise a number we cannot stand behind.
What if I cannot handle the volume?
- Then we slow it down. It is a real conversation we have — taking more work than your crews can deliver costs more in reputation than it makes in revenue.
What is a booked estimate worth to you?
That number decides almost everything about how this gets built. Bring it to the call and we can be specific.
